I first created noirmuse to document and share all of my creative interests and adventures with family and friends scattered all around the world. As a Trinidadian transplant, I have an affinity for traveling and experiencing other cultures. I thrive on learning through life experiences and being able to appreciate different perspectives of wisdom and beauty from those that I encounter.
My interests both personal and professional, overlap between the Fine Arts and Design disciplines, and have allowed me to begin crafting a fulfilling life and a non traditional career. As a person whose grown up with family members that worked as craftsmen, seamstresses, interior decorators, artists etc.: it comes as no surprise that I have also inherited the love of creative expression, craftsmanship and all forms of great design.
This blog isn't an online diary, but merely a log where I showcase my varied interests; from garment making in my modiste tales, to my photography from my travel adventures both big and small. I enjoy how online avenues have introduced me to so many talented bloggers and amazing readers. I hope to continue to learn and share with you all as I continue to craft my career and brand.
